“Live at Lafreniere” is a free six-week sunset concert series featuring the best live, local and regional talent performing every Thursday starting at 6:00 p.m. Concerts will be held at the beautiful island pavilion in the middle of Lafreniere Park in Metairie. Crafts and fantastic food and beverage vendors will be on site. The concerts are part of an initiative to attract attention to the qualities that Jefferson Parish has to offer and to celebrate the emerging leaders who are proudly serving the community. This series is the first community project of JCEL and is a free, family event for the entire region.
