Jefferson Chamber Annual Crawfish Boil
Crawfish, Catfish & Cajun Cuisine
The Jefferson Chamber Crawfish Boil is an annual event that is held in the late Spring of each year. Our event boasts more than 600 guests and 2,000+ pounds of Louisiana mudbugs for everyone to enjoy, but calling it a Crawfish Boil really doesn’t do it justice. This gathering features a full spread of other food options including fried catfish, jambalaya, pasta, beer, wine, and specialty desserts just to name a few!
The Crawfish Boil is held at the covered outdoor parking garage at the Chamber’s office in Metairie. This event provides an evening of networking and socializing, and serves as a great opportunity to connect with business leaders, professionals, and elected officials. We encourage attendees to wear their company logo to maximize networking potential!
