Jefferson Chamber Annual Crawfish Boil
Crawfish, Catfish & Cajun Cuisine!
The Jefferson Chamber Crawfish Boil is an annual event that is held in the late Spring of each year. Calling it a Crawfish Boil really doesn’t do it justice, as it also features a full spread of other food options including fried catfish, jambalaya, a crab and shrimp pasta bar, beer, wine, and specialty desserts, just to name a few!
The boil is held at a covered / outdoor facility at the Chamber’s office in Metairie. This event provides an afternoon of networking and socializing, and serves as a great opportunity to connect with business leaders, professionals, and elected officials.
The 2017 Crawfish Boil boasted over 700 guests and more than 2,000 pounds of Louisiana mudbugs, and we plan to make 2018 even bigger!
