The State of Jefferson is a premier business luncheon featuring a presentation on current activities and developments in Jefferson Parish and is delivered by the Parish President and different representatives from Jefferson Parish each year. Selling out since its creation, each year’s attendance includes a “who’s who” roster of local business leaders and politicians.
The 2024 State of Jefferson was held at the Alario Center in Westwego on Tuesday, October 29. Presentations on current activities and developments in Jefferson Parish was delivered by Parish President Cynthia Lee Sheng, and Council Chairman Scott Walker. The official poster of the Jefferson Parish Bicentennial was unveiled during the event.
