METAIRIE, La. – The Jefferson Chamber will host its 2023 Annual Meeting, presented by Ochsner Health, on Thursday, February 16 at the John A. Alario Event Center.
Attendees will hear from Jefferson Chamber President Ruth Lawson, 2022 Board Chair Donna Austin of Peoples Health and 2023 Chair Al Galindo of Entergy Louisiana. Headlining the presentations will be a featured speakers panel on the subject of the ongoing insurance crisis across south Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. Speakers include Louisiana Commissioner of Insurance Jim Donelon and CEO of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Louisiana Jeff Albright, while Ryan Daul of USI Insurance Services will moderate.
As one of the Chamber’s largest networking and social events, the Annual Meeting serves as a celebration of accomplishments in 2022 and previews the exciting initiatives, events, and advocacy that are already underway in 2023. In front of over 500 guests comprising elected officials and leaders from diverse business industries, the Annual Meeting annually recognizes the achievements and contributions by local businesses and leaders in the community.
