Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives
ACCE—the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives—serves more than 7,500 chamber of commerce professionals, 1,300 chambers of commerce and hundreds of other businesses and organizations, like convention and visitors bureaus and economic development organizations. Chamber professionals hold positions requiring leadership, vision and exemplary management skills. ACCE helps chambers of commerce and the people who manage them make a difference in the communities they serve.
Greater New Orleans, Inc.
Greater New Orleans, Inc. (GNO, Inc.) is a regional economic development alliance serving the 10-parish region of Southeast Louisiana that includes Jefferson, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington parishes.
GNO, Inc.’s is to create a region where our children and grandchildren can live and prosper, a region with abundant job opportunities and excellent quality of life. The Jefferson CVB is a proud partner in tourism supporting the economic growth of Jefferson Parish and the surrounding parishes. The Louisiana Office of Tourism 2018 economic impact ranked Jefferson Parish 2nd in the state for visitor spending with a reported $1.9 billion! Tourism garnered $200 million in state and local tax revenue for Jefferson Parish and Louisiana. The Jefferson Parish tourism and hospitality industry employs over 26,000 people in our parish helping to provide a better quality of life for these employees and their families.

The Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO) is committed to helping businesses thrive in Jefferson Parish. Since its inception in 1987, JEDCO has aided thousands of companies through business incubator and loan programs, tax incentives and rebate programs, workforce development and information services. While dedicated to assisting existing Jefferson Parish businesses, JEDCO’s efforts also target the recruitment of new businesses for the area.
LSBDC
The Louisiana Small Business Development Center is the state’s largest and most accessible source of assistance for entrepreneurs and the only statewide nationally accredited program that provides business consulting to entrepreneurs at no cost. Through a network of 10 centers, the LSBDC provides high quality one-on-one consulting, training and information resources to help your business start, grow and succeed.
