NOTE:
- Jefferson Chamber Member must establish an account with IDD before services can be provided.
- All tests must be conducted at the corporate office of International Drug Detection, LLC (IDD) located at 200 Hickory Ave, Harahan, LA 70123 and during normal working hours of M-F 8am to 4pm.
- Donor must be able to provide a minimum of 45ml of urine specimen before 4pm.
- If a donor refuses one or both tests, the Cost is $39 in lieu of $49.
- SAMSHA Certified labs with Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) as needed apply to Non-DOT Drug Test.
- Jefferson Chamber members will receive a 5% discount for any additional services not included in the bundles.
