Doug Tatum oversees all digital media properties and the support staffs for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans, including all social media accounts and all team-related mobile platforms. Tatum joined the organization in 2013 after having served 13 years as an editor for the The Times-Picayune, first as deputy then as lead sports editor. Tatum is a native of Louisville, Ky., and a graduate of Western Kentucky University.

As the Director of Public Relations at Gambel Communications, Gretchen develops and executes strategies for clients representing a myriad of industries. She has handled media relations, community relations, social media, special events, crisis and issue management for a variety of accounts representing the nonprofit sector, hospitality and tourism, education, healthcare, arts and entertainment, retail, B2B and more. Gretchen has yielded millions in media impressions nationwide in publications including The New York Times, Washington Examiner, CNN, Politico and Southern Living Magazine. Gretchen has always been invested in the community. She is a frequent speaker at local universities and professional organizations discussing topics including PR and social media; and is regularly seen on WVUE-TV (Fox8) sharing app trends and tips with viewers. Gretchen currently serves as past-president of the Public Relations Association of Louisiana (PRAL) – New Orleans Chapter and president-elect for the PRAL – State Chapter board. She has served on the Southern Public Relations Federation (SPRF) board. She is on the Community Advisory Board for Loyola University of New Orleans’ Quality Enhancement Plan; as well as an active member of the New Orleans Chamber and the Jefferson Chamber, serving on the Jefferson Chamber Foundation Board. Gretchen graduated from the 2013 Bryan Bell Metropolitan Leadership Forum, the 2014 Junior League of New Orleans’ Get on Board Training Program, the 2015 Leadership Jefferson program and the 2016-2017 New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI).

Johnny Domiano is a Partner in Charge at Adams and Reese, LLP. With more than two decades of experience before state and federal courts, administrative and governmental bodies, Johnny handles complex commercial and casualty litigation involving disputes with significant risks and damages, with particular emphasis on marine and energy issues, products liability, directors and officers liability, franchise and shareholder disputes and general casualty. He also defends clients against personal injury, death, pollution and property damage claims.
Johnny serves several clients in the position of outside general counsel, in effect joining their business team. He might be called on to manage merger and acquisition issues, mitigate risk management concerns, address employee discipline matters, deal with complex casualty problems, draft contracts, negotiate deals and perform other various other functions. Johnny is a graduate of Leadership Jefferson, the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute and City Businesses’ Leadership in Law class of 2016. Johnny is the former Chairman of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce Government Committee and Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Jefferson Chamber Board of Directors and the Jefferson Business Council. This work also bolsters his habit of building and fostering relationships in the local community, which further helps his clients. In addition, Johnny is actively involved in the firm’s management structure and is currently the Partner in Charge of the New Orleans’ office.
Sarah Hugg Centorino, Communications Strategist

Combining her extensive knowledge of effective social media marketing and her love of public relations, Sarah is a dynamic communications professional who knows how to build long-lasting client relationships. Sarah worked as a digital marketing analyst before finding her passion for PR at Gambel, where she leads social media efforts. Beginning her journey as a communications associate, Sarah soon took over Gambel’s internal social media and media relations, rising through the ranks in a few short months to communications strategist. She has spoken throughout the state on PR and social media’s crucial and interrelated roles in the ever-changing media landscape.
As a communications strategist, Sarah handles media and community relations as well as social media for a myriad of clients including Beignet Fest, Children’s Hospital Jazz Half Marathon, Longbranch Recovery Center and The Ruby Slipper CafĂ©, among others. She also leads Gambel’s latest initiative: The New Orleans 100. Sarah is currently a member of the New Orleans Museum of Art, Southern Yacht Club, the New Orleans Chamber and the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce and is a recipient of the William Wells Chaffin Memorial Scholarship for Public Speaking (2015). Her work on the rededication of Gallier Hall earned her an Award of Merit from the Southern Public Relations Federation in 2018.
