After several months of searching, the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO) selected Jerry Bologna as its new executive director.
Bologna previously served as JEDCO’s Deputy Director and is credited for retaining Peoples Health and attracting NOLA Motorsports Park and Smoothie King’s international headquarters to Jefferson Parish, according to the announcement released this morning.
“We are very fortunate to have such a qualified developer right here in our own backyard,” Todd Murphy, Jefferson Chamber President said. “As a member of our Board of Directors and a long-time resident of Jefferson Parish, we are confident in Jerry’s ability to lead in building business in Jefferson Parish.”
