The Jefferson Chamber of Commerce invites you to gather your team and join them as they host their 19th Annual Crawfish Boil, presented by Cox Communications, on the afternoon of Friday, May 20, 2016. In its 19th year, the Crawfish Boil boasts over 600 people and 2,200 pounds of Louisiana mudbugs. In addition to crawfish the event will also feature beer, wine, specialty desserts, and a full spread of Cajun Cuisine, including fried catfish, jambalaya, and a crab and shrimp pasta bar. It is held under the covered outdoor facility at the Chamber’s office building, and will also include outdoor games, music, a photo-booth, and more.
The Crawfish Boil is one of the Chamber’s major annual events. Proceeds from the event support the business organization’s efforts in public policy and quality of life initiatives.
The event provides an afternoon of networking and socializing, and serves as an opportunity to connect with local professionals, business leaders and elected officials. The event is open to both members and non-members of the Jefferson Chamber; sponsorship packages are available and encouraged.
