METAIRIE, LA – More than 900 guests joined the Jefferson Chamber to party on the turf of the New Orleans Saints indoor training facility at the Black & Gold Gala on Friday, March 29th. The event, presented by Ochsner Health System and hosted by the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans, was masquerade themed. The Gala featured an open bar, heavy hors d’oeuvres by Pigeon Caterers, more than 100 silent auction items, casino games, wine raffle, punch wall, champagne trailer, dancing and live musical entertainment by Dat Band.
Patrons also had the opportunity to take photos with the Lombardi trophy, Super Bowl XLIV ring, HD Photobooth and photobooth inside of the champagne trailer.
The evening kicked off with a VIP Party, sponsored by Rault Resources Group and Lynne Burkart, where patrons were invited to mix and mingle in a special area with lighting fixtures provided by Jefferson Financial Federal Credit Union until the doors to the Gala opened to the public at 7:30 p.m.
Proceeds from the Black & Gold Gala support the Jefferson Chamber’s efforts in public policy advocacy and quality of life initiatives.
