Jennifer John is a filmmaker and entrepreneur who is passionate about outdoor adventure and committed to sustainable design. In 2017, Jennifer founded Pang Wangle, an e-commerce brand that offers versatile, stylish, bug repellent apparel. Through strong visual content, collaborations with social media influencers and targeted advertising, Pang Wangle is growing and steadily adding new inventory. Pang Wangle competed in the 2018 JEDCO Challenge, a pitch competition for local startup companies.
Before Pang Wangle, Jennifer founded Fresh Media, an award-winning video production company that uses visual storytelling to promote brand messages. She also produced and directed two feature films – Reconstructing Creole won Best Documentary Feature at the Los Angeles DVFilm Festival in 2007. All Over But to Cry won an Emmy. It airs in the UK on PBS America after spending three years on The Documentary Channel.
Jennifer was an Adjunct Professor of Visual Communication at Tulane University. She also taught Political Communication at Tulane, and Feature Writing and Communication Writing at Loyola University. Jennifer was a television reporter and news anchor from 1995-2003.

Cherish joined LaPorte in 2018, where she provides tax compliance and planning services to a variety of clients, with a focus on estate tax planning and serving nonprofits.
Cherish began her professional career in 1999 representing the Internal Revenue Service before the US Tax Court on procedural and tax controversy issues and contributing to the drafting of regulations dealing with tax collection issues. She next joined Phelps Dunbar LLP, where she negotiated settlements and abatement of tax obligations at the federal, state, and local levels for taxpayers. Cherish’s legal practice also consisted of counseling and representing clients on trust and estate planning and administration (successions); federal, state, and international taxation; and entity governance issues.
