Ronnie is the founder and president of The Slone Group, an organizational development and training consulting firm based in the Greater New Orleans area. Ronnie has over 30 years of experience in operations, management, human resources, training and professional staffing with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike. He is also a faculty member of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program at Delgado Community College and the national cohorts at Babson College. His areas of expertise include organizational development and training, executive coaching, operations and business development, and facilitation. Ronnie’s ability to challenge the way people think and behave has made him a sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator.
A passionate community leader, Ronnie strives to develop organizations, supports a ready workforce by preparing youth for life after graduation and helps to create communities where citizens can live, work and raise a family. Most recently, he served as the interim director for Trinity Community Center located in Hollygrove in New Orleans.

Diane is the Director of Curriculum & Programs for The Slone Group, an organizational development and training consulting firm based in the Greater New Orleans area. Diane develops, coordinates and manages all programs and projects for The Slone Group, ensuring the delivery of high quality and impactful outcomes for their clients. Her expertise includes research, data collection, project administration and coordination, logistics, evaluative services, curriculum development and delivery, relationship management and human resources consulting.
Diane is an active community leader in the Greater New Orleans area, contributing her time and talent to the betterment of the community.
