The New Orleans Saints Indoor Training Facility was the site of a dressier sort of occasion when the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce held its annual gala March 11.
Presented by Ochsner Health Systems, the event featured performances by Joe Simon’s Jazz, Brass-A-Holics, the 610 Stompers and the Rolling Elvi Jailhouse Rockers. Cuisine from Pigeon Catering, libations, casino tables and a silent auction were among the entertaining options for the more than 850 attendees. The gala benefits the chamber, which aims to improve the business community and cultural environment of Jefferson Parish.
