METAIRIE, LA – After interviews and discussions with candidates of the Jefferson Parish Council District 4 race, the Jefferson Chamber Political Action Committee (PAC) has endorsed both candidates as business-friendly and good for the future of Jefferson Parish.
Candidates Dominick Impastato of the Kenner City Council and Danny Martiny of the Louisiana State Senate have both worked to support the Jefferson Chamber’s Mission of improving the business climate and quality of life in Jefferson Parish.
“Jefferson Parish needs to come together as a single parish and the PAC has confidence that both candidates exemplify the personal leadership qualities that will provide positive and collaborative influences on the council,” said PAC Chairman Mike Palamone. “In their respective roles, both candidates have demonstrated straightforward, smart, and disciplined approaches to public service. We believe that this same embodiment will be prevalent with the election of either candidate,” continued Palamone.
Election day is Saturday, October 14th. Early voting will be held September 30th – October 7th.
