Jefferson Chamber Young Professionals kick off new “How To Be A Grown Up Series”

The Jefferson Chamber Young Professionals will host the first of their “How to be a Grown Up Series” tonight, Tuesday, May 17 at 5:30 PM. The series aims to engage young professionals in the Greater New Orleans region and help them successfully navigate the many trials of adulthood. This event is a great opportunity for young professionals to gain experienced insight, socialize, and network.

For the series kickoff event, the Jefferson Chamber Young Professionals have flown in Kelly Williams Brown, author of the New York Times-national bestselling book, “Adulting: How to Become a Grown-Up in 468 Easy(ish) Steps.” Kelly will share her sage grown-up wisdom and will cover a wide range of topics ranging from renting an apartment to maintaining professional relationships in the office.

Event Details:

When: Tuesday, May 17, 2016from 5:30 – 7:30 PM

Where: The Forum at 3131 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA

Tickets: Tickets are $5. Tickets will include entrance, appetizers, and a drink. Tickets for tonight may be purchased at the door.
