Jefferson Chamber Annual Crawfish Boil
Crawfish, Catfish & Cajun Cuisine
The Jefferson Chamber Crawfish Boil is an annual event that is held in the late Spring of each year. Calling it a Crawfish Boil really doesn’t do it justice, as it also features a full spread of other food options including fried catfish, jambalaya, pasta, beer, wine, and specialty desserts, just to name a few!
The Crawfish Boil is held at the covered outdoor parking garage at the Chamber’s office in Metairie. This event provides an evening of networking and socializing, and serves as a great opportunity to connect with business leaders, professionals, and elected officials. We encourage attendees to wear their company logo to maximize networking potential!
The 2019 Crawfish Boil boasted more than 700 guests and 2,000+ pounds of Louisiana mudbugs, and we plan to make 2020 even bigger! (The 2020 Crawfish Boil was cancelled due to COVID-19).
