Ryan Daul, Daul Insurance
Ryan is an insurance Producer and Vice-President for Daul Insurance Agency. Ryan’s goal as a Producer is the same as every other Daul Insurance Agency employee’s goal: to do what is best for the customer at all times. This is the primary focus of every transaction occurring within the agency. Ryan began working for Daul Insurance Agency in 2002 after graduating from Loyola University. He became licensed as a P&C Producer in 2003. Ryan graduated from Tulane’s MBA program in 2009. He received his CPCU designation in 2015.
Ryan has served or is currently serving on the following boards: Independent Agents of Greater New Orleans – Board Member; Professional Insurance Agents – Governmental Committee Member/ Board Member 2016; Timberlane Country Club – Board Member (2009-2011); Jefferson Chamber of Commerce – Board Member;Plaquemines Association of Business and Industry (PABI) – Board Member; and GNO, Inc.’s NexGen Council 2016.
John Piglia, Jefferson Parish Office of Inspection & Code Enforcement
Mr. Piglia has been involved in the construction field for well over forty years. He began his career in construction as a plumber and became a quick study with the many aspects of both residential and commercial construction. John was first employed with Jefferson Parish Juvenile Services beginning in 1988 performing maintenance. In 1991, Mr. Piglia began working in Code Enforcement, where he has been for the past 27 years and currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Department. Mr. Piglia is a Certified Building Official (CBO) and a Plans Examiner, all certified through the International Code Council. Additionally, John is a Certified Floodplain Manager and is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Building Officials Association of Louisiana (BOAL).
Courtney Richard, Anchor36 Trucking & Logistics
In 2010, Anchor36 Trucking & Logistics began with one truck and a vision. For the past 8 years, Courtney Richard has grown a heavy haul and logistics company in a tough market with a tough crowd. Highlights of her experience include:
- Building two successful woman-owned companies. Since inception, the Anchor36 companies have grown into a multi-million dollar trucking conglomerate with more than 200% revenue growth year over year until 2016.
- Developing relationships with and winning the business of some of the world’s biggest companies including DHL, Shell, GE, Kiewit, and many global freight forwarders.
- Spearheading all aspects of staff development and management; including staff and driver recruitment, training, and direction.

Todd Tournillon, CPA
Todd Tournillon recently opened his own local accounting firm after almost eighteen years with a large regional firm. His public accounting experience includes providing assurance services for clients in a variety of industries, including construction manufacturing, professional services, hospitality, transportation, government, oilfield services, auto dealerships, and non-profits. Todd is heavily involved with the community, supporting a number of local organizations including JEDCO, the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, UNO Alumni Association, UNO Foundation, and the New Orleans Oyster Festival.
