Legislative Issues Conference
The 2013 Legislative Issues Conference is quickly approaching.

Business & Breakfast
The February Business & Breakfast event is this Friday at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans Airport! Join us for fabulous networking and a delicious breakfast sponsored by the Crowne Plaza. Offering more than 12,000 square feet of event space, the Crowne Plaza is one of Jefferson’s premier locations to hold an event of any size.
Business & Breakfast events are targeted networking and contact-building events, designed to give attendees an opportunity to meet and share their business with fellow Chamber members. Attendees are invited to network at a table of eight for two 20 minute sessions. With an average attendance of almost 60, this event is a great way for members to get involved with the Chamber. Registration and general networking begin at 7:50 a.m. and the event concludes by 9:30 a.m. Chamber members can purchase tickets for $10 and future members can attend for $20. Register today!
After-Hours Networking
Our February Business Card Exchange will be held on Thursday, February 28 at Fidelity Homestead Savings Bank on Veterans Memorial Boulevard. Formed in 1908, Fidelity Homestead Savings Bank has 17 locations across southeast Louisiana. They pride themselves in offering their customers a variety of banking services, with high integrity and personalized service to the 
communities they serve.

This black-tie optional gala is a great opportunity to show your support for the Chamber and the community. Mark your calendar for this year’s Crawfish Boil on Friday, May 17. Historically, this fun, uniquely New Orleans-style event boasts a turnout of over 600 that includes a number of elected officials plus a host of the key decision-makers of our community. This year’s event will feature plenty of opportunities to network, fantastic Louisiana cuisine and live music!
